    Hi Rose, 28 Degrees is a credit card and with the Qantas money option, this is a debit card. Thus with Qantas card you would use your own money. I like the 28 degrees as it does not lock in a fixed rate.

What is the list of participating lounges as l know Singapore is not included in the complimentary lounge offer .

    Hi Sally-Anne, Qantas Money credit cards are issued by Citi. Therefore you cannot do any balance transfer from other Citi issued cards such as Coles, Virgin, Suncorp, IMB and of course Citi.
