No annual fee so I didn’t expect anything but it’s good one. I’ve been using it for 2 years and got 4 times of $10 off offer with Flybuys in Coles. It fits my ordinary life.

My only gripe is the complication of unblocking my account when I accidentally keyed in the incorrect app pin and password. Only way to fix this is to phone them. Phone workflow could be better.

Have had for some time and very happy. To get the most value, you must pay off in full every month. No annual fee and we regularly get a $10 shopping voucher taken off next Coles shop.

I have used my new credit card many times but keep getting conflicting information about the $100 offer Today I was told that I had to spend over $100 to receive it. Other times I was told to spend any amount activates the $100 offer. Not happy.

Hi Tan, congratulations on your new card! With Coles credit cards, you can usually request an additional cardholder so your partner can make purchases linked to your account. They’ll get their own card, but you stay responsible for the account and repayments. Feel free to reach out to Coles directly for the secondary cardholder application.

    16 September 2025
Hi Iqbal, thanks for pointing that out. Coles has flagged a technical issue that’s affecting some customers trying to log in to the Coles Credit Cards App and Online Service Centre. Their team is working on a fix and will post updates directly on the Coles Credit Cards page. Unfortunately, we only know as much information as they're giving the rest of Australia

Does this card work England ,Eroupe, Asia.
    Pauline - CreditCard.com.au

    Pauline

    23 July 2025
Hi Rex, yes, the Coles No Annual Fee Mastercard is accepted worldwide wherever Mastercard is honoured, including in the UK, Europe, and Asia. However, it does attract a 2.5% foreign transaction fee. If you’d prefer to avoid that cost, please feel free to explore some of the other textno foreign transaction fee credit cards for alternatives.

    Pauline - CreditCard.com.au

    Pauline

    4 June 2025
Hi Judy, this Coles Credit Card works like any other credit card as it will be accepted wherever Mastercard is. Just be careful with paying certain bills as you might get stung with the cash advance rate of interest.

Hi Evelyn, sorry to hear about your situation. It’s generally not a good idea to apply for multiple credit cards in a short period of time and that’s why we wrote a piece about what to do when your credit card application is declined. There’s tips in there on how to assess your situation and what you can do to try to improve your chances of maybe being approved next time. Hopefully this guide will help you out.

sorry another question I use a CC for everything and its paid off each month and no not get charged any fees. I have read if a transaction is over $65 I will get charged 3% is that right. I take that as all bills paid that are more than $65 I will get charged for using the card! is this correct. look forward to your reply thanks Heather
    Pauline - CreditCard.com.au

    Pauline

    28 February 2025
Hi Heather, happy to clear this up for you. The 3% transaction fee for amounts or $65 an over is only for cash advances. So any transaction that is classified as a cash advance equalling or over $65 will incur this fee. If it’s under $65 the fee will be $1.95 per transaction. Hope that has helped you Heather.
