1 June 2020When I pay my go credit card off in full and decide to cancel card, are there any fees when cancelling card?

20 July 2019I have used this card for a long time & pay it out before the interest free period. What I have found is the amount of reward points you get has reduced. There is a cap on the points & there are very few choices left when spending your reward points. There use to be lots of choices but they have dwindled.

5 February 2018I got this card whilst making purchase at Harvey Norman and took advantage of the card. The good point is the interest free period which you have to note so you make payments before the period. (Good point) The downside is that you will be slugged with a $4.95 account fee plus $0.95c for payment processing fee, every time you make the payment. Personally I would pay off the card in one go but moving houses, I lost track so I was slugged with the above. This card is useful for purchases but ensure you pay off during the interest free period or else the balance can escalate monthly. I would not be recommending this card to keep after you have made the purchase. due to on-going fees with the card.

25 January 2018Funny how everybody complains about Go mastercard. Just read product review. For me they are great because I dont spend money I dont have. I use the card for everyday use as well as paying my bills. The way I use it means that towards the end of the monthly biling cycle I make 1 payment from my bank account to Go mastercard. As an example from Dec 26 2017 to Jan 22 2018 I spent $2300.00 on my Go mastercard. So on the 22nd of Jan 2018 I paid my monthly credit card debt using their online payment. I zero'd my account out. I pay no interest, account fee, bpay fee-nothing. I earn points which allowed me to redeem from a huge list, a gopro4. This is just 1 of multiple items redeemed. If you live off credit you will pay as per the terms and conditions. If you use the card but zero out the balance each month, then for using the card you get rewarded. The real issue from my observations is living beyond your means.

29 July 2016I would be weary of this card, as they now have a $0.95 Payment Handling fee every time you pay off your GoMastercard.
