GE Money is the financial arm of the giant American industrial company, General Electric. The card holder can decide whether to have the reward half in cash back and half in carbon offsets, or wholly in carbon offsets. The rewards make up 1% of the spending on the card. The Eco MasterCard also has a 0% balance transfer offer for six months. It also offers an interest free grace period of up to 55 days.
The Clear advantage card is offered in conjunction with Wizard, a non-bank financial institution that is now owned by Aussie home loans. There is no annual fee for that card. It charges the same interest rate on cash withdrawals as it charges on spending, however unlike spending on the card there is no grace period and the interest is charged from the date that it is withdrawn, which can add considerably to the interest charge. This treatment of cash withdrawals is the industry standard for cash withdrawals. The card can only be applied for by post or online.
The GM Money Low Rate MasterCard has one of the lowest interest rates on new purchases on an on-going basis. It also has a low balance transfer rate for six months and a 55 day interest free grace period. It has an annual fee of $58, and allows up to nine additional card holders.
The GE Money MasterCard aims at the credit conscious, with a low credit limit and card fee. The GO MasterCard is a card that offers extended interest free periods aimed at people who are buying large goods.
The Coles Group source card is a fuels savings card that can be used at Coles Group petrol stations and save money on fuel. It has an interest free period of 62 days, offers a 0% balance transfer offer and no annual fee
All these cards are backed either by MasterCard, or in some cases VISA. This means that each of these cards will be accepted around the world as well as benefit from the advanced fraud detection capabilities.
